Upon leaving university, Tony Fraser-Jones worked as a Management Consultant for a large multi-national company. Tony specialised in the Change Management area – helping organizations manage the human side of large scale change projects. Tony’s next step saw him set up in the hospitality business where he learnt a huge amount about how to run a business in a challenging and dynamic environment.
Whilst owning the hospitality business, Tony got involved in property. Tony purchased a number of properties and continued to buy properties until he sold the hospitality business in 2006. Since then, Tony has been involved with property on a full time basis.
Tony has a passion for assisting people with their property issues and creating win-win solutions. Tony is also a business coach with a commitment to help business people realize the dreams they have for their business and life.
Tony is married to Bronwyn and they have two children, Jack and Alec. Bronwyn runs the office for the property business as well as looking after the kids. They are proud Hamiltonians and are enjoy being involved with the community particularly through their local church.
Fiona after purchasing a property in 2003 noticed that her modest home in Titahi Bay had more than doubled in value in under 4 years – and that she could never have saved that much in her lifetime. This began her interest in buying and selling property – after more than 20 years as a counsellor, trainer, and manager in community service agencies.

They live in Raumati Beach with the youngest child (now at college) and their 4 rescued cats. In their spare time Dave is a musician and gardener; and Fiona is a keen photographer and T-shirt print maker.

My name's John Thorton, I'm a 62 yr old property finder and long-term investor with a background in building, based in Arkles Bay, Whangaparaoa Peninsula who enjoys everything to do with property, talking with home owners about their aspirations towards their future, guiding them towards meeting their goals, and I especially get a buzz out of helping them to achieve what they desire whether it be upsizing, downsizing or coming up with innovative solutions to their property problems.
My wife Christine and I were married in 1973 and have a son living in Auckland, a son and daughter-in-law and three grandchildren living in Orange NSW, and a daughter and son-in-law and two grandchildren living in Matamata NZ.
We enjoy getting together with family as often as we can and love being grandparents. Our favourite leisure pursuits are travel, camping, hiking, kayaking and fishing.
I've attended many conferences and seminars over the years and believe that education in property matters goes hand-in-hand with being able to achieve mutually beneficial solutions to property problems.

Toby Yorke lives with his wife and two children north of Auckland. Born in Hawke’s Bay, he has also lived in Wanganui, the Hutt Valley and in Europe.
Toby has been deployed on operations with the New Zealand Army, has worked as a Canvas fabricator and been involved in security work in the U.K. before entering into the property world full time.
He’s been involved with real estate since 1996 which means he’s got a good depth of experience and knowledge to provide home sellers with a multitude of solutions.
Not only has Toby gained his knowledge here in New Zealand but also he has taken training in Australia and the United States.
Toby understands first hand the hassles associated with selling your home having moved house six times and been involved with numerous property sales.
